Chemical Engineering student with experience in research and data analysis. Throughout my engineering work experiences I have gained many skills. My technical skills include python, excel, Solidworks, 3D printing, and Microsoft office. Other skills I possess include: teamwork, problem solving, critical thinking, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish. I contributed to enhancing the DIPPR 801 database by gathering and critically evaluating hundreds of sources of physical property data. I contributed to the Chemical Upcycling of Waste Plastics lab at UW-Madison by successfully removing up to 90% of a contaminant of interest. I am very excited to get involved in the Chemical Engineering field and make a real difference in the lives of others. I love open-ended problems and finding unique and novel solutions so much that I am seriously considering pursuing a PhD in Chemical Engineering. I am so grateful to be studying Chemical Engineering at Brigham Young University and have loved all the many things I have learned here. I currently work in two research labs here at BYU because I love to be involved and I have a passion for learning. I am open to recruiters who are looking for summer interns and eventually full-time employees.
