Mentoring female entrepreneurs

- Deliver courses in Management, HR, Organisational Behaviour, Business Ethics, and Entrepreneurship through various learning modes, ensuring engaging and comprehensive learning experiences.- Utilise digital tools to develop interactive content, enhancing student understanding and participation.- Lead a team of Tourism HR instructors as the System-wide Course Team Leader, ensuring consistent and high quality delivery of semester courses across multiple campuses in the HCT. -Create student centered digital content for Tourism HR, Management, Organisational Behaviour and Business Ethics, enhancing the learning experience for students in a variety of formats.- Mentor graduating students, significantly improving their employability, skills and career prospects.- Collaborate with industry partners to provide students with valuable exposure to real world business practices.- Mentor and support students during internships, offering guidance for successful integration into professional environments.- Design formative and summative assessments in alignment with standard assessment guidelines, fostering effective learning outcomes.- Volunteer as a tutor at the campus Academic Success Centre, offering additional academic support to students.- Mentor new faculty
