It was with some emotion, sadness, joy and pride that in 2021, I exited the company I co-founded back in 1999! Taking a start-up through it's many crests and troughs is not for everyone and it takes a skill set of resilience, determination, creativity, patience and tolerance to embark and stay on that journey to a successful exit. My next chapter is focussed on not only sharing my experience, but on bringing that knowledge to inform, influence and ignite opportunities in other organisations. Innovation lay at the heart of Critical Healthcare and as a result, we underwent digital disruption and innovation before it was even recognised as such. With a strong background in MedTech and digital as well as the experience of scaling a business, I want to work with other ambitious leaders and entrepreneurs to drive growth and success.Scaling a business nationally and internationally can present many challenges and I happy to be working with many founders and leadership teams as we put the necessary foundations in place.Having completed the Dip Company Direction with IoD, I have joined a number of organisations, SME and Semi state where I serve as a Non-Executive Director. Within these, I also serve on Finance committees and Chair an Audit & Risk Committee.
