As Operations Training Lead for IBM, BTO Operations, was responsible for Process, Product, V and A & Developmental trg. Played a key role in the design and implemtation of the Professional Development Framework for IBM BTO and in the training integration as part of the IBM Daksh Integration Process.

Initially joined as the training manager for GECIS, Hyd and was responsible for Induction training and Voice and Accent training for the site. Then moved to Call Centre and played a key role in the knowledge transfer of the Collections process in Hyd. By end of 2002, was responsible for training for the Industrial Equipment COE for Gecis, Hyderabad. As part of my role, had pulled together the Management Training pgm for the I and E COE. A key accomplishment was as part of the team that designed, developed and implemented the CTE pgm for GECIS.
