Mostly liason work between educational groups and Harmony OR students and the centre teachers.As Director I was responsible for financial decisions and staff recruitment as well as marketing decisions and materials purchase.I often had to make operational decisions based on the experience of others within my team and create informational asset retention protocols that helped build a better training centre and a fast growing student population.
