Data Loss Prevention

Implementation Project Manager in charge of implementing Information Security Third-Party SaaS tools for Turner’s Information Security Office. Responsible for implementing QualysGuard Vulnerability Management Tool for Atlanta, EMEA and Latin America, this tool is used to protect Turner’s network and data from internal and external vulnerabilities that threaten security. Responsible for implementing Symantec Data Loss Prevention related to information security, including security governance, security strategy and risk assessment and management. Successfully implemented Trustwave's TrustKeeper for Turner’s eCommerce PCI Compliance. Knowledge of security policy development, security strategy, and security controls development, compliance readiness related to PCI, PII, SOX, HIPAA.

Charged with direct oversight of the PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 Upgrade rollout to 1,000 domestic users. Entrusted with leading the Quality Assurance segment of the upgrade. Accountable for Turner Payment Approval System involving Hong Kong and US region on Turner’s signature invoice payment processing system. Responsible for the quality assurance planning and testing of IE9 on several in-house and external third-party applications supported by Turner Technology Services.

Entrusted with enhancing quality of service to internal and external customers by embracing Continual Service Improvement Process (CSIP) within the Enterprise Applications (EA) Group. Commended with direct oversight of eight team leaders who managed four sub-teams. Streamlined processes and facilitated changes that resulted in cost reduction through increased efficiency. Thoroughly reported project progress to Project Sponsor and Senior Management.

Charged with direct oversight of team that included Sponsor, Owner, Security Managers and QA Associates during the development of initiative that securely distributes passwords online. Played significant role in process roll-out that ultimately impacted 400 associates domestically and internationally across Enterprise Applications Group (EA). Oversaw all planning and implementation for process and encouraged buy in for viability of process.

Served as lead Quality Analyst on numerous projects, performing thorough testing and providing value-added support to Business Analysts during rollout of certified products. Ensured strict adherence to corporate and industry standards during testing cycle and incorporated essential tools during tracking and reporting of design deficiencies. Strategically developed and implemented test plans during interface of PeopleSoft Financial 88, including Accounts Payable and Purchasing modules for 1,000 end users in Atlanta. Successfully managed testing during update of Concur Expense Reporting system, impacting 6,000 users across United States and UK. Expertly developed testing strategies for e-Commerce Platform utilizing CheckFree for such clients as NASCAR.COM, GAMETAP, and CNN Pipeline.
