We are a bunch of teachers whose hearts go out to that child sitting in a corner whom no one wants in class because he or she is weak in academics. We as a community are committed to empower this child so that academics will never be a challenge again. This child shall walk straight, look in the eye and talk and will have friends in school. In our mission to reach each and every child and make quality education accessible to her we are now an online platform. We conduct classes in every subject for classes 9th to 12th and also run courses for JEE and AIPMT. All classes are conducted live on the internet.Education is power, it can single handedly transform and uplift lives.We believe we can contribute in our own small way and that's why we are here.

I was responsible for delivering lectures, preparing assignments, experiments, demonstrations, teaching aids and bulletin boards in Biology for grades 9th to 12th. Apart from this, my role also included developing yearly, weekly and daily lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum. Leading a batch of 30 students, one of my key responsibilities was to maintain interaction with parents to apprise them of the child’s progress and develop plans to correct ongoing issues.

My role at Oakridge as a faculty for Biology was to deliver lectures, prepare assignments, conduct tests, assess and grade students. Audio visual aids, field trips and other resources were used to supplement and reinforce teaching. Evaluating and monitoring progress, reviewing the work of the group and guiding students towards better team work, improved contribution and performance, was a key responsibility of my role.

Post my graduation in Dental Surgery, I practiced for 5 years at Chitra Dental Clinic. As a surgeon, I performed dental procedures on my patients, provided consultation to patients regarding treatment options, trained the assistants in clinical procedures, patient interaction, equipment disinfection and hygiene maintenance as well as created awareness and motivated patients regarding oral hygiene and health.
