Physiotherapist specializing in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy. Currently working as a physiotherapist with the Indian Javelin team and also as a consultant physiotherapist at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital. My career experience and skills have grown from a childhood hobby of playing multiple sports to pursuing physiotherapy, acquiring a Master’s in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from the USA to owning a clinic in Mumbai to traveling and working as a sports physiotherapy with various athletes across a variety of sport like swimming, squash, cricket, sprinters, wrestlers, throwers, etc.I love learning new things and I am always looking at utilizing my knowledge and physiotherapy skills at solving the bigger picture problems when it comes to treating an injury and making the athlete return to sport but also playing a role in injury prevention and helping the athletes meet their training goals and achieve success on the field. Being associated with the Athletic Federation of India over the past couple of years, I have been able to work with elite national athletes from various disciplines within athletics. Therefore, this diverse demographic has allowed me to upgrade my skill set not only as a physiotherapist but also as a communicator bring together teams, forming associations with the coaches and the support staff to help elicit world-class performance from our athletes in various National and International tournaments.
