With over seven years of experience as a physiotherapist and a disability claims specialist, I have developed a passion for helping customers overcome their physical and psychological challenges and achieve their recovery and work goals. I have successfully guided over 200 customers to return to work by creating and implementing personalized and attainable rehabilitation and RTW plans that address their complex needs and limitations.As a disability claims specialist , I provide customers with access to necessary benefits, treatment, and healthcare services following accidents resulting in severe or catastrophic injuries. I also liaise with healthcare professionals, legal representatives, and other insurance providers to ensure a coordinated and seamless customer experience. To further enhance my skills and knowledge in this field, I have completed Rehabilitation and Disability Management Diploma Program at Simon Fraser University.I am certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional. I am eager to learn from the best practices and latest research in this domain and apply them to my current and future roles.
