As the Vice President of the Indian Cultural Club, I played a crucial role in spreading awareness of the Indian culture among AUS students and the community as a whole. I overlooked the planning and execution of diverse cultural events and performances such as Onam, Desi Daastan and AUS Indian Premier League Season 5.We hosted volunteering events along with community services such as a performance for Orphans' Birthday, CleanCo and Security appreciation dinner, and Iftar for gardeners. During my tenure as Vice President, the Indian Cultural Club was awarded second best stall at Club Fair Fall 2023 and Spring 2024. These successful events and awards are a testimony to the dedication and efforts of the entire team.

Under the Student Leadership Program, my role as a team leader was to look after a team of peer leaders. Being a team leader, I built an inclusive environment amongst my fellow peer leaders as well as freshmen students. To welcome the freshmen students, I hosted the freshmen dinner wherein we played multiple interactive games and presented various opportunities AUS has to offer. Overall, being a team leader has been an enlightening experience as it is always rewarding to help students and act a medium of communication to ease their transition into university.

As the President of Student Economics Association, I have led a dynamic team in organizing events aimed at enhancing students' knowledge of economic principles and trends. I overlooked event logistics, budgeting, social media engagement, and ensuring execution and feedback of the events.I strived to maintain effective communication with faculty and the students as I served as a medium between them. Collaborated with other student organizations to host events for school students as well as create an inclusive environment for fellow students.

As an internal coordinator of the Indian Cultural Club, I assisted in the logistics of events such as Onam, Dilwali Diwali, Dholi Taaro, and others. I participated in several dance performances and volunteered for community services. These events acted as a tribute that the club paid towards the Indian culture. I was also part of the media team and helped cover behind the scenes moments along with designing and creating content for social media. The Indian Cultural Club was awarded the "Best Student Organization of the Year", third place for "Best Pavilion Award" and "Best Performance Award" during Global Day 2023, "Best Performance" and "Best Booth" for Carnival 2022, 2nd Best Stall for Club Fair Fall 2022 and Spring 2023, and 2nd Place in AUS Olympics. These awards were are all due to the hard work and dedication of the entire committee.

Under the Student Leadership Program, my role as a peer leader was to guide the freshmen during their first year of university. It was my responsibility to ensure that the students were at ease and could communicate with me without hesitation. One of my main duties was to act as an immediate point of contact for the students and communicate their queries to the university. I organized a few activities in order to encourage networking amongst the freshmen. Being a peer leader not only meant building a relationship with the incoming students but also building a community with them. Overall, being a peer leader was a rewarding experience as I could provide academic advice to the students while building a bond with them.

As a media coordinator of the Chess Club, my aim was to increase the club's reach through social media, especially Instagram. I wanted to create an environment that builds the interests of students and cater to the needs of the niche audience. I have created Instagram posts and reels using Canva.The Chess Club is an interest oriented club at the American University of Sharjah. We organized events such chess tournaments and speed chess. The primary goal of the club was to build a community for chess enthusiasts.

As an operations trainee of the Student Economics Association, I helped in the organization of various activities and events. My main role was to assist the smooth functioning of the organization.I learned about the inner workings of the organization and gained practical experience. I helped in organizing "Big Brother Big Sister", "Beat the Heat", and "Keeping up with the Professors". Overall, my role as an operations trainee played an instrumental role in understanding how the organization works and the execution of various events.

As a logistics team member, I contributed towards the execution of the conference. I adapted several essential skills such as resource allocation, time management, and venue coordination. Being a part of this team not only refined my organizing and problem-solving abilities but also provided me with insights regarding the intricate details of planning a large convention. Working with fellow team members in overcoming challenges and hosting this convention was a rewarding experience. I gained immense knowledge and experience about the conference as a whole, from communicating with multiple schools and universities to assembling gift packages.
