I leverage my HR and recruiting expertise to attract and retain top talent, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.I have a BA degree in Psychology from KC College, and an MBA degree from NMIMS Global, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. My passion for candidate experience and my previous work experiences in the search business have enabled me to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and negotiate successfully with candidates and clients across different domains and industries.
