Laying out the tool datum for the tool position. Verifying tool will have all facility connections installed prior to tool install. Verifying tool will have all parts ready for install. Moving tool to its tool site for install. Verifying tool is leveled upon install on its Pedestal/platform. Verifying tool is matched to its datum layout on the platform. Installing tool parts together, landing facility connections too tool which consisted of water, gas, and energy connections. Installing all large electronics, making connections for power and communications cables to each tool machines extension. Complete tool installation and hand off to Quality inspection team to verify tool is ready for power on.
