Burbank, California

During my tenure at ChandlerPratt & Parners I had the opportunity to be involved directly with residential project development. My duties were to get geotechnical plans approved, meet with the architect and civil engineer with plans to transport to the LABDS Dowtown location as well as the Van Nuys BDS location for city engineering approval. Some other experiences Ive attained, varies from meeting with city inspectors for single family hosing demolishing clearances, to meeting on site with city inspectors for rebar,plumbing, concrete pouring approvals, etc. While working with ChandlerPratt & Partners, I was also introduced to contract writing, scope of work documentation's, while positioned in charge of collecting errors & omission insurances with letters of subrogation's from subcontractors.

Houston

Quantified the materials, labor, and equipment needed to complete a construction project for City of Houston Community Road. I also did building cost estimating that concerned diverse forms of construction from residential properties to hi-rise and civil works.
