-Responsible for the Project Development and Sales through skilled team building & management with a good performance;-Set down sales target, allocate the quota and then guide and supervise my team members to complete it-Analyze & Indentify specific clients,match customers' requirements mainly from Top 500 & Fortune 2000 companies during the project;-Help Project Developer to refine the target market in terms of customers' feedbacks to make it marketable;-Interdepartmental coordination with operation,marketing,financial;-Train new members with mature sales skills & correct working attitude;-Enroll candidates from Job Fairs & Recruiting Websites together with HRs;-Develop new customers and maintain regular clients;-Take care of the on-site management including reception & communication of clients and follow-up work after the event.-Participation into the corporate culture and sales process establishment and improvement Main Accomplishment:-Received ‘Best New Member Prize’ in 2009; -One of my team member received 'Most Improved Member' award and I was also selected as one of the most popular team leaders in 2011;
