Dr. Ayşegül Özkavukcu is on a mission to make coaching accessible for everyone who wants to discover their potential and invest in themselves. She is the co-founder and executive coach at Waytogo, a digital platform that connects users with professional coaches and offers personalized coaching packages. With over 17 years of experience in various roles and industries, she has developed a unique set of skills and competencies in business development, lean management, process improvement, and innovation. She is a certified practitioner of the Her Şey Seninle Başlar program, a lean expert, an innovator fellow, a start-up mentor, and a part-time lecturer at Bilgi University. She holds a Ph.D. in industrial engineering from Istanbul Technical University, where she conducted research on integrated product-process design and management, hoshin kanri. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and grow personally and professionally.
