My job is to ensure my shift runs smoothly and efficiently while at the same time setting up the next shift for success. I am in charge of managing up to 12 other employees at a given time during a shift. I have to make sure everyone is pulling their own weight so that the customer's experience doesn't suffer. I handle cash deposits of up to thousands of dollars on a daily basis and also handle hundreds of credit card transactions. I am in charge of guest recovery so if a customer has an issue it is my duty to make ensure he or she leaves happy and won't be deterred to return. Have co-run several team meetings with other managers to reinforce company policies and well as to introduce new company rollouts.

Handled cash deposits of up to $500 daily. Handled credit card transactions. Coordinated catered events and made sure orders for over 200 people were out on time and correctly prepared. In charge of guest recovery during my shift. If any customers had a problem, I made sure to diffuse it and that they were happy when they left. I gathered a lot of leadership experience during my time here.
