- I had the chance to play soccer at a high level (AC Milan, Inter Milan) and to meet many very influential people in this sport... influential from their history they wrote in this sport, but also from their game philosophy, their relationship, their methods, their culture,... all those things have inspired me.- Game philosophy: I intend to put in place an in-depth work to create a gaming identity that push to dominate, to play attractive football with the ball and to establish a game with more intensity... this is possible to set up in particular anticipatory techniques (techniques learned in Italy).This also includes video analysis (trainings, games) and the use of the latest technologies.- The ability to adapt the game system according to the circumstances (available players and qualities of the players) and according to the vision of the club.- Ability to explain, to detail and to popularize the objectives, especially through presentations which I have already worked on. - Look for the best of oneself: To Install winning culture, to go beyond limits, not getting discouraged after a defeat or an injury, constantly seeking progress...- I intend to manage the team in the most human but also the most rigorous way. This implies to be close to players, constantly communicate, to be uncompromising as well, to try to bring out the best of them. I am also inspired by behavioral psychology methods.- Training methods: Besides planning, it is about to be based on modern training methods (physical, technical, tactical and mental), all with attention to detail.- Participate in the transfer policy for incoming and outgoing players, help to understand/assess the current team and future needs.- Constant communication and collaboration with the club leadership, understanding the vision and goals (short, medium and long term) desired by the club.- Good collaboration with the staff and all people in the club. Clear communication between the different parts, actively listening to their points of view, creating cohesion.- Representation of the club in terms of communication, press points, promotional events,... in a general way, to take care, at all costs, of the club's image.- In the past when i was a player, I was already regularly the relay on the field between the coach and the players... so I grew up and assimilated all these principles since my youth.
