Product area: Platform, Technical Architecture teamWorking on highly configurable platform FINEOS Product is built on: Java, JPA, Guice, JSF, WS, gradle...From 3 up to 14 active developers which split into 2 teams and on-boarded a third team at a later date. This meant continued involvement in serious hiring (1 out of 2 people currently involved in hiring SE/SSE/TA in the company) as well as mentorship and coaching of new hires.
