1. Assist UNAIDS Indonesia to develop a national strategy to revitalize the use of condoms as a key prevention tool in the ongoing attempt to stop the spread of HIV. Together with key influencer groups, affected populations and selected experts, the incumbent will be expected to develop a situational analysis across 23 priority districts (Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, Makassar, Jayapura etc, etc) through facilitated workshops, brainstorming sessions and gathering international data. Expected outputs include an advocacy campaign, social media marketing strategy, analysis report and dissemination workshops.2. Support ongoing attempts to introduce Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) as a prevention tool within Indonesia. Compile data on existing PrEP programs (both in the region & Indonesia) and present a case for a larger scale pilot program working at a national level, in the 23 regions outlined above.3. Provide hands-on technical assistance to MoH in the process of the development and finalization of RAN 2020 – 2024 that is in line with fast-track agenda to end AIDS by 2030 in Indonesia.
