Objectives:1. Digitized all 25 hospitals and institutes of GOTHI to reach maturity level 4 according to the Global Information Society and Healthcare Systems Management (HIMSS) methodology.2. Create an electronic health record for all visitors that can be accessed securely by the competent parties inside or outside the hospital.3. Contribute to developing the universal health insurance system through digital health insurance services and applications and interoperable with them.Outputs: 1. Developing the performance of hospitals and educational institutes2. Raising the efficiency of the Egyptian health services system in accordance with international quality standards and patient safety.3. Raising the efficiency of medical research through the availability of data and assistive software.4. Raising the efficiency of medical education and continuing medical education.

Responsible for managing assigned clinics, performing initial assessments, admitting and treating patients, prescribing medication, maintaining medical records, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Also responsible for consulting with specialists, conducting daily rounds, and providing required reports.

Clinical Management Of Victims/Survivors of Gender Based Violence

Specialized Skills & Tasks:- Train physicians and clinical staff on system workflow and proposed changes.- Respond to physicians' support calls and resolve open tickets.- Act as a liaison between vendor and physician champions for various modules.- Design, develop, and implement Electronic Health Records processes.- Evaluate change requests for system improvements.- Maintain and update custom order sets.- Develop requirements and deliver projects in collaboration with stakeholders.- Educate and train end-users on system workflow and changes.- Ensure testing of all clinical solutions before implementation.

Performing a wide range of tests, including pap smears, pelvic, and breast exams.Diagnosing and prescribing treatments for disorders and diseases.Conducting routine check-ups on patients.Monitoring and treating expectant mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.Recording medical histories.Educating patients about disease prevention and detection, and reproductive health.Collaborating with other medical and non-medical personnel.Keeping up to date with current practices and innovations.

1. Record and manage patient information, including medical histories and test results.2. Treat conditions of the female reproductive system.3. Provide care and treatment during pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal period.4. Prescribe medication and specialized medical care for illness, disease, or injury prevention.5. Perform surgical procedures, like cesarean sections, as needed.6. Analyze records and test results to diagnose medical conditions.7. Explain procedures and discuss treatments with patients.8. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary.9. Advise patients and community members on health and disease prevention.10. Coordinate medical staff activities and consult with other physicians.11. Develop health programs for injury and illness prevention and treatment.12. Prepare reports on birth, death, and disease statistics.13. Conduct research for medication and treatment development.
