Began working as a receptionist. Responsibilities included answering phones, processing mail, general purchasing, and accounting support. Promoted to Sales Coordinator where I was responsible for mass mailings, checking in with current clients, and contacting potential new clients.

Greeted patients as they arrived for services, answered phones, scheduled for multiple physical therapists, prepared patient notes, and processed medical billing.
