- Lead the implementation of Senate Bill 139 which directs OSHPD to create a Healthcare Workforce Clearinghouse for the state of California. Specifically responsible for the public health data.- Organized regional focus groups to assess statewide need for consolidated healthcare data and made key recommendations to product development team to ensure user-friendly and reliable data. Focus groups included physicians, epidemiologists, public health officials, nurses, and allied health practitioners. - Performed surveys and personal interviews to assess public health data needs amongst leading individuals representing the public health industry in California.

- Lead patient recruiting process and performed initial and follow-up screenings for new patients.- Developed and lead presentations on clinical trials to educate prospective patients and inform physicians of new trials.- Acted as liaison between top tier pharmaceutical companies and physicians, (primary clients were Lucentis® and Avastin ®)- Managed and maintained patient study records and pharmaceutical logs from several concurrent studies.
