Beena strives to improve the quality of care and delivery across the continuum through implementation of disruptive technology solutions and patient-centered innovations. She is a graduate of the Health Policy and Management Ph.D. program at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her dissertation on the implementation of the West Los Angeles patient centered medical home for homeless Veterans has been recognized nationally and replicated as a best practice across the country. She launched the external consulting division at Vituity, a physician-owned and led partnership providing healthcare solutions across the acute care continuum. Since 2020, Beena has stepped in to the role of Executive Director of the Vituity Cares Foundation - the newly founded non-profit arm of Vituity committed to addressing healthcare disparities and improving representation in healthcare.
