Major Responsibilities:• I led and managed the end-to-end specifications of “Green Flag Rescue Me” for roadside assistance with GPS location and real time recovery vehicle tracking, including multi-partner API interfaces and partners’ support for internal aspects of solutions. • I facilitated partners to enhance user experience of their own telematics propositions utilising The Floow’s technology by defining scope, designing API interfaces, and developing specifications for FloowKit, The Floow’s first product. • I directed and wrote the end-to-end specifications for the Fidelidade Drive solution in Portugal, including onsite stakeholders’ briefings in Lisbon, and continuous technical support in transition from bespoke solution to FloowKit-based solution in a subsequent phase. • I collaborated with stakeholders for peer-review and organisational understanding and implementation of GDPR 2018.Key Deliverables:• Developed the Business Analysis area, including key responsibilities for onboarding BA recruits in UK/US and BA support coordination for projects & solutions.• Created the Solution Architecture function, showcasing value of wider engineering function clearly understanding the “why” in all aspects of the solutions in development.• Designed the externally facing API specifications for all solutions and services in conjunction with the members of the interdisciplinary API Working Group I co-founded for collaboration on this area.
