I work within the Customer Experience and Analytics team at Uniting Care. My primary responsibilities involve transforming data into actionable insights for the business. I am passionate about the importance of the organisations ultilising the data they already collect more effectively. I am also responsible for research governance within the organisation, and still maintain a role in consulting with external researchers on their research projects. I am highly proficient in VBA, SQL, r and Python for managing large and complex data sets, SPSS and STATA for statistical analysis and Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI for data visualisation. My personal philosophy with data is exemplified in one key movement: Large, complex and multiple sources of data to a single, succinct story delivered to at the right time to the right business stakeholder that is easy to understand and easy to action.

Consulting on External research projects, development of internal research and evaluation proceedings, governance of academic research within the organisation.

Working with the Dementia Collaborative Research Centre, I was the project manager of the 'Resident at Centre of Care (RCC)' program. This was an education based intervention research project, aimed at staff of three residential aged care facilities in South East Queensland, to assist in preparation for industry based changes to Consumer Directed Care. Main responsibilities included: recruitment of aged care providers, aged care staff, and residents with dementia, delivering education sessions and mentoring staff through organisational change, and data collection and management.
