As Accenture’s Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer and a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee, I oversee Accenture's overall strategy and investment initiatives, including ventures, acquisitions, and the development of assets and offerings across the company's diverse services. I also lead the overall AI strategy for Accenture and Innovation, leveraging advanced capabilities, and cutting-edge research to help clients across industries to reinvent the future of business. Additionally, I manage Accenture LearnVantage, a proprietary learning platform designed to identify and close skill gaps within enterprises, providing industry-specific training at speed and scale. With six patents in software engineering and platform development, the recognition as an innovator has been a rewarding experience. In 2023, receiving the Leadership Excellence Award from the Association of Information Systems was a significant honor, acknowledging leadership and innovation in the development and use of information systems. As the co-author of "Automation Advantage", I’ve had the opportunity to guide technology and business leaders on scaling intelligent enterprise automation and integrating AI into organizational processes. In addition to my role at Accenture, I serve as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors for HDFC Life. When I have free time outside of work, I enjoy watching cricket and football, and reading across a variety of genres.
