Established in 1971, Hardick Chiropractic Centre serves people of all ages and patients from all walks of life. I assumed ownership in 2001.The foundational principle of traditional chiropractic is to remove interference from the nervous system caused by improper structure and function, through specific corrective spinal adjustments, to facilitate the body's ability to heal itself. We believe that good health is the body’s natural and desired state.With a special interest in care for children and families as well as partnerships with athletic teams, our clinic utilizes classical chiropractic methods while incorporating new science and preventive lifestyle practices. Techniques offered include Gonstead, Clear, Pettibon, Activator, Upper Cervical Care, and others, tailored to patients’ needs alongside personalized home care and spinal hygiene recommendations when appropriate. X-ray facilities are on-site.Our team includes Doctors of Chiropractic, Registered Holistic Nutritionists, and Registered Kinesiologists. Extended services include customized nutrition and lifestyle programs, natural health workshops and seminars, and holistic health coaching.

In 2009, I authored my first book, Maximized Living Nutrition Plans, which was distributed through and used professionally in 500 natural health clinics. Alongside its follow-up publication, this plan reached over 300,000 readers!2018 brought about Align Your Health, a more comprehensive manuscript of all the principles by which I live my life and encourage others to follow.Snippets of these teachings appear on MindBodyGreen.com, FoodMatters.com, MaxLiving.com, and my own site, DrHardick.com. They have become the foundation for related speaking engagements, online education events, and social media. What has been most rewarding has been meeting people across North America, often at live events, who have taken these practices to heart and improved their lives as a result.

The company’s nutrition certification program was developed to credential doctors and nutrition professionals supporting their professional clients with holistic nutrition and lifestyle practices. I co-developed this curriculum and served as the principal instructor for continuing education purposes, as the program was accepted for license renewal credits in all 50 states.It has been an honor to take this course beyond the organization as a speaker at numerous continuing education events on University campuses.
