Natural health is my passion. Lives being transformed is my motivation. Alternative medicine is the only medicine I’ve ever known — I started working in my father’s and uncle’s chiropractic office at the age of 14. Here, I saw people respond positively to chiropractic care and, in many cases, overcome health obstacles they had been told were insurmountable.After graduating from chiropractic school, I took on the lead at Hardick Chiropractic Centre and I have loved every minute of full-time practice ever since. My approach to care with patients is rooted in traditional chiropractic philosophy, which is that the body is designed to heal itself.Early in my career, I became passionate about the broader field of holistic health … functional fitness, HIIT, detoxification, mindfulness … plus, various nutritional outlooks on health: paleo, vegan, keto, organic, and others. Meeting the growing needs of my community, these principles became a part of local seminars (drawing thousands of health seekers over 10 years!), as well as an extension of my clinical practice and the foundation for my two best-selling books: Maximized Living Nutrition Plans and Align Your Health.Beyond my practice — through numerous professional organizations — I’ve taught extensive continuing education programs, consulted for doctors and their clinics, produced live events for both professionals and laypeople, served on corporate boards, senior management teams, and committees of professional associations.Through these experiences, I can’t say enough about the incredible people I’ve met in all aspects of holistic health.
