Work on a variety of systems including websites and back end data processing. I maintain and enhance a number of apps written in just about every version of ASP you can think of including the classic kind. When not maintaining I am involved in redeveloping these old sites into brand new sites using newer technologies. My favorite part of this job is working on such a wide variety of sites and technologies. I get to use every bit of my experience over the last 15 years and I also get to use brand new things that I am learning now. For example I am currently engaged in researching and building a prototype using the new MS Blazor Client.

• Initially was charged with maintaining and enhancing a diversely complicated legacy software infrastructure consisting of many dozens of servers, web services, and applications as well as integrations with numerous third party applications. Primarily worked alone and was responsible for all aspects of the software cycle. This was for about one and a half years.• Moved to the development team for the company’s new flagship retail lending program. Utilizing the latest technology to develop a state of the art web/service driven lending platform that can be integrated with our partner’s systems to process credit applications and purchase transactions in a retail scenario. We use a scrum development process with two week sprints. • • Moved to the call center and was tasked with rapidly developing – 1 week sprint and releases - new web based account management software for our call centers to replace the old legacy versions. These were developed using Angularjs and Bootstrap. Our team was re-cubed in the call center and developed alongside our users. Constant interaction with the users to clarify requirements and review the development was part of a normal day.
