I enjoy doing therapy with folks I fit really well with, and being able to charge about half of what I charged while working at a corporate practice with high overhead. I see adults, individuals and couples for psychotherapy and personal growth. I offer : 45 minute (or extended intensive) individual sessions; • Three weekly 90 minute Therapy Groups •Couples therapy •Full day Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis workshops twice a year. I greatly enjoy my monthly Training Group for professional healers, sharing strategies and techniques. Besides case discussion, we sometimes work with their personal therapy issues, or invite one of our clients for a no-charge demonstration session. I'm eclectic, integrating elements from a number of approaches: Interpersonal, Cognitive Behavioral, and Mindfulness therapies, Traditional & Ericksonian Hypnosis, Gestalt & transactional analysis approaches, Aikido, & Breath Awareness/ Regulation. I regularly assign homework to bring about faster therapeutic change.
