As one of the nation's longest-standing Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) units, UVM PACE collaborates both within and outside of the university to launch and caretake online programming (degree and non-degree), as well as continuing education focused on workforce and industry needs. Lead an operational unit dedicated to developing and implementing action plans to achieve the university’s mission-aligned goals related to digital learning and in building a seamless student experience for online learners from enrollment through employment. Guide the development of strategic, contemporary instructional design and delivery to position NLU to be a leader in online and digital education. Work closely with academic leadership to ideate and innovate digital learning programming to align to student and employer needs. Remain abreast of best practices, policies and emerging trends through research, industry connections, and peer benchmarking to make recommendations that position the institution to remain relevant and innovative in instructional delivery and outcomes on behalf of students. Met and exceeded admissions and retention goals in six academic terms in a row with an unprecedented start rate.Managed move from external service provider of LMS/curriculum to institutionally-developed curriculum, with corresponding increase of over 40% in margins.

Complete profit and loss responsibility for the region to include functional excellence in admissions, financial aid, academics, career services, student services and regulatory affairs. Ultimately responsible for ensuring students, faculty and staff had an extraordinary experience at MedTech through values-driven decision making and servant leadership. Selected achievements include:Increased revenue for the region by $4MM and reached campus margins of over 45%, on average, per campus. Successful programmatic accreditation with CAAHEP, NACCLS and candidacy obtained for NLNAC.
