Supervised Laboratory This course is designed to develop counseling skills in a supervised laboratory setting, and teaching the students Solution Focused Therapy. I have taught this course both online utilizing the online BlackBoard platform and face-to-face. Human Growth and DevelopmentThis course focuses on the study of the genesis and transformation of growth and development functions with particular reference to the acquisition of motor skills, language, attitudes, values and group identificationCounseling TechniquesThis course is designed to apply and develop counseling skills in a supervised laboratory setting.Rehabilitation CounselingThis course is designed to provide an introduction to the field of rehabilitation counseling, which includes the processes, facilities and personnel involved with rehabilitation. This course was taught online utilizing BlackBoard.Ethics and Professional Issues in CounselingThis course provides a general survey of professional, ethical and legal concerns facing the practicing counselor as applicable to schools and community agencies in the urban setting. I have taught this course both online utilizing BlackBoard and face-to-face.
