About Brenda Wells

I am a career educator with over 37 years experience in insurance and risk management. An award-winning teacher and the architect/builder of the ECU Risk Management and Insurance program. I am published in a variety of journals and my research continues to evolve with topics ranging from insurance education to the impact on insurance of the legalization of marijuana. I'm also an entrepreneur. I provide consulting and continuing education services to those in the risk management and insurance industry.
