My responsibilities included: organizing the school wide curriculum structure and building the master schedule, coordinating all course registration processes, student information coordinator, FTE reporting, supervision of the student services departments, supervision and support person for the guidance and counseling department, serving as the administrator for 600 students in grades 11 and 12, organize and coordinate all after school course and credit recovery programs (Creekside High School Success Academy), collaboratively coordinate the spring commencement exercises and provided support, supervision and evaluations for social studies, visual arts, performing arts, career technical and agricultural education, physical education and world language teachers. Accomplishments Include: Collaboratively improved the school's graduation rate from 43% to 77% in a three year period - Drastically reduced the number of students who were not scheduled at the start of school over a three year period - Created the Creekside High School "Success Academy" credit and course recovery program - Significantly reduced the number of student course failures school wide - Successfully executed commencement exercises collaboratively with the guidance department and senior advisors - Improved the attendance intervention process.
