Setup 1st time use of Microsoft’s Power BI On Premise Data Gateway cluster which allowed Power BI and Power Automate to connect to on premise data sources like SQL Server and file shares. Advanced support for Power Platform including Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps. Architect for company’s 1st intranet plus over 50 client facing sites using SharePoint Online. Architected 1st time use of external users in SharePoint Online using Azure B2B functionality. Lead effort for SharePoint Online and One Drive for Business company wide deployment. Worked with security team and created limited access policies in Azure to prevent downloads on non-company computers as well as conditional access policy to enforce multi-factor authentication for external users. SharePoint architecture and development for a large multi-server farm servicing a global company. Responsible for SQL Server administration for 12 total servers used in SharePoint farm. Helped develop single sign on solution with 3rd party Identity Provider (SailPoint) to allow access to highly customized SharePoint Online site used by over 5,000 external users, replacing older less secure forms-based authentication. Redesigned look and feel for entire intranet to match new company branding requirements. Migrated several on premise SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online (Office 365). Resolved several issues with SSRS reports. Configured SharePoint Online sites for secure collaboration between several global companies.

Served as technical lead for agency on a very large 1-year enterprise project with contractors to develop new content management system using SharePoint and .NET web application. Created Texas DIR Portal using SharePoint extranet along with a document management application to allow 78 other agencies to submit and manage contract files which consolidated document management from 156 different locations to one central location. Integrated Salesforce and SharePoint so Salesforce data could be edited from within SharePoint. Developed enterprise-wide document repository records management system using SharePoint. Developed new data process that was 20 times faster than old process to integrate Salesforce data into SharePoint web site.
