As the Academic Department Chair for Psychology, I oversee the integration of two large online departments—the Undergraduate and Graduate Psychology departments—comprising 4 bachelor’s degrees, 3 master’s degrees, and 4 certificate programs that serve nearly 5000 students and are taught by 275 faculty. In this role, I lead strategic planning with a focus on student success, learning environment quality, innovation, and academic excellence.
