I am an internal medicine and primary care physician who strives to rise above the trend in today’s healthcare system by not treating patients as just another number. Like my dad before me, who was also a primary care physician, I see and care for each patient as a person by supporting them and working with them to achieve their best health, life, and personal goals. I'm devoted to the belief that a person’s health, next to their family and faith, is their greatest treasure. My special interests and experience encompass areas such as preventive care, cardiovascular health, diabetes, hypertension, and nutrition. I place the utmost value in preventive care, which is why I use an approach similar to concierge-type medicine in my practice. This personalized approach enables me to establish the vital patient-physician partnership by spending time understanding each of my patient’s needs during their visits and by offering customized education, nutrition, and wellness plans that prioritize prevention and healthy living.I earned my doctorate degree from Emory University, and I am board certified by the American Board of Medicine. I grew up in the community of Fayette County, Georgia, and I have been a solo practitioner in the South Atlanta region for 33 years. I currently practice in Peachtree City, Georgia, and I am affiliated with Piedmont Fayette Hospital.
