Student-centered Professor with expertise in psychology, inclusion in pedagogy, and social identity. Offering a decade worth of background supporting students, developing instructional plans. Commended for sustaining an effective learning environment through prepared classes and relevant assignments and consistently achieving classroom management and academic goals. Engaging with my students is my number one goal. I believe that being a professor is more than the learning acquired. It is more about a desire that I possess to strengthen future minds to be worthwhile both to themselves and to society. Both my experience in customer relations/public relations and psychology have provided me with unique combinations of learning about human behavior observations and expectations and being able to surmount and handle most situations with which I might be faced. I never say “never” (except in this context) and always welcome the opportunity to find a solution to whatever obstacle there might be. I always look to see what I have in hand. What have I been given to handle this part of the journey?? I also believe in teamwork and am convinced that we never stop learning from each other.
