In my capacity, I provide lead project management and evaluation expertise to clients and grants, directing efforts for a vast array of functions, including, but not limited to, strategic planning, needs assessment, program evaluation, client relations, research design and reporting, data analysis, dashboarding, facilitation, capacity building, and IRB development for agencies and CBOs in Florida and across the U.S. I also administer exemplary lead staff support across grant applications and projects that utilize a mixed-methods (quantitative and qualitative) approach, remarkably contributing to effective program/systems evaluation, research, public health planning and education, and grant writing.Moreover, I am the project evaluation lead for 10 federal, state, and private grant-funded projects, delivering coordination support on a daily basis. I also leverage my research expertise and evaluation methodologies to conceptualize and architect client projects and strategic initiatives. On top of that, I increase opportunities through effective business development, continually fortifying academic institution relations while leading community outreach and professional networking. I also head organizational internship programs and professional development activities.Through hands-on mentoring, I sharpen the existing skills and competencies of junior research associates and organizational interns.
