Primary focus on the execution layer of AM/NS Production Systems, with regards to improvements, customer expectations for on-time delivery, and process flexibility to accommodate future ArcelorMittal products. As a Lead Engineer for ArcelorMittal, duties also include collaboration with other ArcelorMittal site around the world, as well as being a member of a pool of engineers available to those sites as a resource for projects. Currently in the middle of a two-year project to replace the current planning execution system with latest in technology for the short term horizon planning/scheduling of all lines of the mills and the new melt shop which is currently under construction. Responsible for support and enhancements of our customized MES product throughout the AM/NS Calvert site, including all interfacing systems; new planning/scheduling package, Level 2, MES, Level 4 (SAP), LIMS, MeviNet, and Warehouse Management & Control, through Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodology.

Responsible for implementation of ArcelorMittal AM/NS Calvert (formally ThyssenKrupp) MES product to track flat carbon steel produced on all lines in a new sate-of-the-art carbon steel finishing mill. Also responsible for all interfaces between Level 2, MES, Level 4, and Warehouse Management & Control. Work with end-users to provide feature enhancements and bug fixes for MES and all interfaces. Manage project for feature & change request for Level 3 & Level 4 systems and interfaces.

Also responsible for all interfaces between Level 2, MES, Level 4, and Warehouse Management & Control. Work with end-users to provide feature enhancements and bug fixes for MES and all interfaces. Manage project for feature & change request for Level 3 & Level 4 systems and interfaces.

Provide billable consulting and engineering services in the area of Manufacturing Execution Systems to Worldwide clientele. Develop custom applications, interfaces, and reports to fill the void of off-the-shelf packages. Manage projects for half of the Enterprise Integration Organization of the company.

Contracted to a manufacture of solar wafers and panels to implement General Electric’s Proficy PlantApps Manufacturing Execution System, Proficy Real-Time Information Portal, and InfinityQS SPC throughout their Greenfield plant in Massachusetts. Integrated InfinityQS ProFicient SPC application with the GE's Proficy PlantApps System. Exposed underling PlantApps database structure to create custom queries and stored procedures to be used by the Proficy Portal for graphical and tabular visualization of data, used by plant personnel, from operator to Plant Manager.

Responsible for the delivery of implementation and consulting services for the GE Proficy and Stromasys CHARON-VAX/AXP product lines. Project Manager for the Services Department of Gray Matter Systems. Responsible for all projects to be on time, and within budget. Managed Value Added Reseller relationship between Gray Matter Systems and Stromasys SA.

Contract to distributors, system integrators and end users for technical selling, consulting and engineering services involving Business Intelligence, Web Portals, Digital Dashboard, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Downtime Monitoring, Human Machine Interfaces, Data Historians and the middleware used to allow these systems to share data. Develop Proof-Of-Concepts to evaluate these solutions in a smaller scale to demonstrate functionality and help determine Return on Investment.

Instrumental in securing multiple pilot applications to deliver “Digital Dashboard” applications. Present concepts on information models and visualization techniques to corporations, system integrators and user groups. Create proof of concepts to demonstrate solutions and illustrate return on investment for the clients. Provide key consulting and review support to IndX’s software development group to advance product features. Provide sales and product support to distribution channel and System Integrators for their larger clients.

Provided Consulting Services to clients in planning and execution of Factory Suite 2000 Production Management Systems and Data Historians, as well as integration of these systems with new and existing 3rd party systems. Active Member of internal Manufacturing Systems Architecture Committees for Wonderware's two largest end-users; Philip Morris and Proctor & Gamble Trained customers and System Integrators in advanced implementation of Product Suite. Specifically, InTrack Manufacturing Execution System, and Industrial SQL Server Process Data Historian.

Compiled, analyzed and presented solutions for manufacturing problems facing Digital's top 18 accounts in the Supervisory Control and Manufacturing Execution System areas. Coordinated work between Digital Services and the end-users for these solutions. Provided Consulting Services in the deployment of these systems in Pratt & Whitney, Boeing, Westinghouse, Thiokol, Budd and Ford.
