Be accountable for all areas of the company including sales, marketing, human resources, compliance, finance, and accounting:• Instill a culture based on accountability, performance and reward of individual and organizational goals and objectives• Be empathetic to the needs of customers, caregivers and staff while also maintaining a dynamic environment committed to ongoing improvement, growth, and success• Develop strategic and tactical plans for rapid, highly effective, high impact and high ROI organic and inorganic growth and be hands on in the execution of those growth plans• Communicate effectively within the organization, in the community and referral networks, to the board of directors, and to stakeholders of the company• Develop the annual strategic plan including financial targets and the operating budget, establish clear actions and milestones consistent with the plan, and report accordingly to the board• Interact regularly with the board, report formally on a monthly and quarterly basis on pressing matters, financial performance, and progress on goals and initiatives• Be an entrepreneurial, enthusiastic leader who is willing to perform on a wide range and various levels of responsibilities, and who will inspire and motivate the organization to be best in class• Develop future leadership within the company by setting high expectation for performance, providing leadership and direction, measuring and rewarding excellence
