I serve as an objective, vendor neutral advisor guiding my clients on their journey to select the ideal vendor partner for their unique needs.I am known for taking a practical, business focused approach to using these tools, distilling the complexities of selection science into approachable terms and strategies into a language that business leaders can understand.My practice and philosophies center around "safe innovation" with talent assessment and predictive hiring tools. Throughout my career I have been dedicated to exploring the role of technology in advancing IO psychology and the field of employee selection. At the same time I am an expert in legally compliant and ethical hiring processes. My work represent a practical balance of these two important priorities.I am also the only technically trained analyst covering the talent assessment marketplace. I have maintained a database of vendors and a market classification schema for over 20 years and regularly advise on the commercial aspects of the talent assessment market, providing expert intelligence in support of fundraising and mergers/acquisitions.Educating others on complex and important topics related to hiring has also been a core mission for me. In addition to global speaking and prolific generation of content, I host the "Psych Tech @ Work" podcast, where we explore the dynamic intersection of psychology and technology in the workplace.
