As an award-winning Enterprise professional, I am an advocate for the value of applied innovation and the impact it has on society and local economies. I work with multiple stakeholders across a range of disciplines and industries supporting my extensive network of innovators and entrepreneurs. My passion lies in problem identification and idea generation; I strive to ensure that clients design an effective problem statement in order to develop their concept to succeed in delivering positive change. I successfully utilise tools such as design thinking to deliver human centred innovative solutions focused on an authentic value propositionAt Newcastle University I create, plan and deliver in-curricular, co-curricular and extra curricular activities, workshops, challenges and events to embed enterprise education across the student population. I work closely with both staff, students and external organisations to design and create innovative learning and teaching experiences that engage students with enterprising skills, behaviours and attributes, leading to positive graduate outcomes. My PhD was completed in 2016/2017 from the University of Huddersfield, with the title of "Institutionalising Responsible Management Education: an Investigation of UK Business Schools". My research interests include responsible management, sustainability, business ethics education and enterprise and entrepreneurship education.
