As an Associate Professor and Head of School of Interdisciplinary Sciences at Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, I create and deliver innovative and impactful learning experiences for students and professionals, aligning them with the industry needs and the global trends.I am also a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Scientist at the University of Technology Sydney, where I conduct cutting-edge research on organizational development, strategic thinking, and leadership development. I have filed multiple patents and published several papers on topics related to these fields, demonstrating my ability to generate novel and practical solutions for real-world problems. Additionally, I am a mentor and instructor for the SWAYAM MOOC platform, where I share my knowledge and insights with learners across India and beyond, contributing to the democratization and accessibility of education.
