• Responsible for all aspects of District instructional and operational technology resources in a network serving approximately 1900 students and 350 employees.• Oversee maintenance of District electronic security systems, including cameras, door security, alarm systems, and related mobile devices.• Responsible for all stationary and mobile devices connected to district network, including individual devices, VOIP phone system, copier system, copier/printer systems, and audio-visual systems.• Responsible for daily maintenance and calendaring for Intelliweb distict-wide HVAC cloud control system.• Responsible for providing technical oversight, instructional insight, and pedagogical expertise to Instructional Technologist. • Responsible for procurement of all District technology devices, as well as coordination of procurement using federal title dollars and state grants.• Coordinate technical aspects of employee onboarding with other departments, including Human Resources, PEIMS, and Payroll.• Successfully completed e-rate application process resulting in $300,000 awarded to district. • Successfully collaborated with Texas Dept. of Corrections to replace over 750 obsolete district computers and devices. • Successfully trained and developed highly responsive IT Team to point of individual independent capability to respond to network crises.• Collaborated with Principals and other campus leaders to provide highest quality student-centered technology resources. • Collaborated with Testing Coordinator (Assistant Superintendent of Learning) to ensure maximum functionality of network resources during high-stakes testing. • Oversaw design and implementation of new district website environment.• Responsible for purchases of digital devices in response to COVID-19.• Responsible for administering IT budget.
