Dr. Lisa Chow graduated from the University of Waterloo (UW) with a bachelor of Biomedical Science and Psychology/Biology Minor. Following graduation, she attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and received her doctor of optometry degree with advanced studies in binocular vision and vision therapy. Dr. Chow completed her external rotations at the Baltimore Veteran Affairs Hospital and attended lectures at the Wilmer Eye Institute at John Hopkins University. She traveled to Singapore for her clinical clerkship, volunteered on a mission trip to Belize and organized vision screening around her community. She is a member of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association and a member of Vision Therapy Canada. She is pursuing her Fellowship in Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation with NORA and has pursued specialized training in vision development with the Optometric Extension Program Foundation (OEPF).
