I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Director of "London City Therapy Clinic", a therapy clinic located in the heart of London Bridge aimed at providing unique and tailored psychological therapy to individuals and couples. We want to move away from the manualised and tick-box style therapy that is being so widely promoted across mental health services in the name of "efficiency", and focus on an individual and their unique story. There is no "one-size-fits-all" in understanding our mental world.I also hold a senior position within the NHS where I lead a pilot individual and group treatment programme for people with difficulties often associated with personality disorder.
