In my role as Director of Community and Social Innovation at BCT Partners, I lead the strategic vision and operational management of equity-centered initiatives. Collaborating with various organizations, I address complex social challenges and ensure seamless project execution to empower communities.

Vortex PAC, is a grassroots movement dedicated to transforming Arkansas politics by recruiting, endorsing, and supporting congressional candidates who are deeply rooted in our communities and prepared to lead. Through innovative initiatives like statewide nominations, we empower "extraordinary ordinary" Arkansans to represent their neighbors in the U.S. House of Representatives, fostering a sustainable infrastructure for political change and amplifying the voices of those committed to progress. Our efforts led to the highest number of Democratic candidates for the Arkansas state legislature in nearly two decades.

A nonpartisan, U.S. fellowship for 60 scholars nominated and invited from across the United States, who share a commitment to help solve society's greatest challenges. The fellowship is directed by the William J. Clinton Presidential Center and Foundation, the Lyndon Baines Johnson Foundation, the George H. W. Bush Presidential Center, and the George W. Bush Presidential Center, and was founded by the living U.S. presidents who serve as instructors and leaders of the program.

As one of the founding Partners at Grove Partners, I played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s core values, strategic vision, mission, and operational tactics. Spearheading a critical engagement for an educational client, I navigated a complex operational crisis and implemented innovative growth strategies that delivered lasting impact and positioned the client for sustained success.

As the first African American majority party nominee for Governor of Arkansas, I led a historic campaign that energized communities across the state and set new standards for grassroots engagement. Mobilizing over 2,000 volunteers, we performed outreach in all 75 counties, connecting with voters in every corner of Arkansas. Our campaign raised $4 million, driven largely by small-dollar donors, showcasing the power of collective action. With an award-winning campaign launch video that garnered over 5 million views, we inspired a movement rooted in inclusion, innovation, and a vision for a better Arkansas.
