Served as the Dean of the College of Business at Concordia University Chicago (CUC). The College of Business is a blend of tradition and innovation within a Christ-centered environment. The College of Business has created programs based on the needs and trends in the business industry. We are proud that our classes bring together business leaders, faculty, and students in a variety of learning environments. The faculty are dedicated professionals who understand how to blend theory with application. Our undergraduate and graduate students can choose from online and face to face delivery formats. We are proud of our international partnerships attracting students from countries throughout the world and providing opportunities for study abroad. Our programs are offered on online and face-to-face. We also offer a 3-year Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and are launching a MA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in fall of 2019.

After serving on the NCU Board of Directors for three years, she was appointed the first and founding Dean of the School of Education and Leadership Studies in 2004.Her extensive experience in developing and marketing online programs and bringing them through the regional accreditation process resulted in the NCU being approved to offer an Ed.D., Ph.D. and M.Ed. within six months from her appointment. Enrollments grew from 24 students to 1700 students in a two year period.She was promoted to Academic Vice President and Provost and in 2006, appointed President by the Board. During her tenure she at NCU, she led the academic, operations, marketing, enrollment and IT functions. She developed articulation agreements with academic institutions in Vietnam, People’s Republic of China, the FBI Academy, several community colleges, e.g. Rio Salado, and numerous professional associations. Her leadership resulted in NCU’s business school becoming the first 100% online graduate program to achieve accreditation by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP); and the School of Education becoming the first 100% online institution to be awarded a Kappa Delta Pi (KDP) chapter for the School of Education.Prior to NCU, Dr. Santin was at Nova Southeastern University (NSU). She served as Dean of Leadership Studies at the Fischler School of Education from 2001-2004. While at the Huizenga School of Business at NSU, she served in increasing leadership positions; e.g. Associate Dean, Assistant Dean, Director of Marketing and Enrollment.

Leadership of online and field based doctoral programs in organizational leadership, educational leadership, higher education leadership; education specialist degree program and master’s programs in education. Was founding member and design team member of the EdD in Organizational Leadership program.

Developed and delivered NSU's first corporate MBA in Shanghai, PRC.Developed NSU's first customized executive education program for Brazilian software executives and entrepreneurs.Conceptualized and led development of NSU's first online MBA program.Developed and Chaired the Office of the Huizenga School Chapter of the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society.
