I am working at this Enterprise since its founded in January 2008 at Whitefield, Bangalore. This is novel experience for any Physician in this new emerging world. I lead a team of 250 physicians during this journey. My team created world's largest network of physicians (6000+) from 56 countries. At least 1500 physicians answered each month on this India's largest online medical advice portal and world's second largest advice portal. We achieved an answer turn around time under 'one' hour from a relevant specialists to 95% of the patients. I was instrumental in developing processes during the service delivery, content development, review and quality audit.We were able to engage 3000+ physicians during their leisure time to create content, build reputation online and thereby improve the bottom line of their practice. A team of Expert relationship management was created to engage and improve the relationship of doctors.

I was the Junior Resident in Dept of Medicine and later on posted as Medical officer at Casualty and Emergency Services.

I worked as RMO at Care hospitals, Visakhapatnam.(not continously). I then graduated out of medical school and was preparing for USMLE steps and thus in continum of clinical skills while working. It is here where I first entered the CATH LAB where the Angioplasty, Stenting is done. I learnt the post operative care, managing an inpatient, following the Consultants during the daily rounds. I would say this is the first door where I learnt how to answer a Corporate Customer (though not definitely treating them).
