As a Director at Mayer Brown Ltd, I develop and deliver innovative and sustainable transport solutions for a range of clients. With over 30 years of experience in the field, I have a PhD in Behavioural Dimensions of Sustainable Transport and have published multiple papers on transport strategy, demand management, mobility and access, and active travel. I have held a number of corporate roles responsible for large teams of transport consultants, and more latterly in strategy and growth roles, balanced with experience running small businesses, specialist roles, keynote speaking, and lecturing. I also have public sector experience, including the management of large-scale regeneration and infrastructure projects, and strategic negotiations. My skills lay in local development frameworks, placemaking, decarbonisation and smart growth. I am passionate about creating transport systems that are accessible, efficient, and resilient. I am always looking for new opportunities to collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to advance the field of sustainable transport and contribute to the global goals of reducing inequality, addressing emissions, improving health, and enhancing liveability and the quality of place.
