Duties included managing all waste streams from cradle-to-grave, segregating hazardous, non-hazardous, universal waste, and ensuring that containers were properly labeled. Performed daily monitoring of waste accumulation and storage areas, as well as weekly and monthly inspections of outdoor storage areas and containment dikes for hazardous materials. Tasked with managing an environmental assistance program for American Airlines which included managing their waste streams, making monthly site visits to complete lab packing tasks and schedule waste pick-ups, and determine acceptable organizations to donate unused products to whenever possible.
